I tried calling customer service but hangs up every time now it’s not letting me call at all? I ordered a new card & did 3 day shipping I can’t log onto my online account because I don’t have my card number to reset the password. What can I do? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with your Turbo Visa Debit Card in this forum. You will need to call customer service. The correct number is listed on the contact us page. 

Also a tip: When you call don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you should get more options.
