You may want to reach out to your bank and verify the routing number. Banks also have a wire routing numbers which is not the routing number you need.

For form 1066 there is a section for inputting your direct deposit information. Expats can't enter this information because we need a "billing address in the usa" to pay for Turbo Tax. All I want is the ability to enter this information and have it appear on the 1066. Is there a US law saying expats even with US bank accounts just can't enter this information?
