Why can't a US expat with US bank account use direct deposit?

Can you please clarify your question? Are you unable to enter your bank account information. Please see the link below for assistance, with your routing and account number. You may want to reach out to your bank and verify the routing number. Banks also have a wire routing numbers which is not the routing number you need.

After you file
For form 1066 there is a section for inputting your direct deposit information. Expats can't enter this information because we need a "billing address in the usa" to pay for Turbo Tax. All I want is the ability to enter this information and have it appear on the 1066. Is there a US law saying expats even with US bank accounts just can't enter this information?
