How do you report a card lost or stolen if you don't know the card number?

Per the Turbo Visa Debit Card website:
 
If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, you must immediately call (888) 285-4169 to report it lost or stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to you at the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement or Deposit Account Agreement for more information.

That isn't quite accurate, or just incomplete.  I've been trying to order a new card for hours by calling the 888# and also online.  I don't know my turbotax VISA card number and when I called support, it said I had 2 cards and wanted to know the last 4 of the card I was calling about.  I no longer have the cards and don't know the number, so it won't let me go any further.  I tried what a previous response said and didn't enter the card# or SS#, but it still asked for the last 4 of the card I was calling about.  I just need a new card ordered so I can access my stimulus money.  Can someone PLEASE help me!
