I got a card send to me but wasnt sure if it was my efile card and i just got a email saying my return was sent to my account.....how when i never opened up an account or gave my account info please s

After you file

Unfortunately, your question was cut off. Did you apply for a Refund Advance? If you did, that is why the card was sent to you, even if you were not approved for the advance.
