After you file
The IRS estimates most taxpayers will receive their refund via direct deposit within 21 days after acceptance.
You can track your return by checking the Where's My Refund website located here.
If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

When I follow the instructions on Find My Refund the IRS says: We cannot provide any information about your refund.
After going through Turbo Tax THEY say: your 2019 federal return was accepted!

It could mean either your refund is still pending, which is typical for it to disappear in WMR why it is being processed, or you never e-filed. You can quickly find out if you did e-file by
