Nope .It just says ACH direct deposit with nothing underneath it. No bank info . I'm thinking I won't get an update until probably after midnight here .

That's strange . It's been working for me. I'd try a different web browser , using incognito mode ,or clearing your browsing history and trying again .I know the site can be finicky for some people. 

@CDM92 Next year I don’t think I’ll be using TT or I’ll pay fees upfront.

Just called Chase and they said its not even pending as of now. But to keep checking my account after midnight all the way to 7am EST... F@$! Me.... 

@CDM92 I thought that too and tried incognito and it said same thing and when I just read your comment i tried from an iPhone and it went to "Error" on there also. Did you get any Error pages on Sbtpg or have issues logging in before you got your deposit @luvmycop?

@ginamarquez214 just keep checking your account balance.  It will probably hit your account between 12:30a.m. and 3a.m. EST.

I just tried the SBTPG website on the adblock browser on my Samsung. It loaded just fine ,I have the stupid green circle again now though, no banking info still.

I spoke with TPG through email regarding the issues I had trying to log in (Error or URL) and they told me that they haven’t even received my refund yet. )-: 

@ginamarquez214  same thing here with Chase nothing showing but the website for SBTPG is showing ACH deposit. So frustrated over this! Spent 48 min on hold trying to get them on the phone and they hung up on me without answering!!!!!

I can't figure out how to log into that site
