Please visit TurboDebitCard.com or click the link below for assistance. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

After an exhaustive phonecall and searching online, the correct app is called TURBO CARD, and is issues by GREEN DOT. From there, the process is fairly self-explanatory but I'll explain below:

Using the Turbo Card app:
Beneath "Transactions" and "ATM & Reload Map", select "Settings."

Choose "Manage Card".
