Get a copy of 2018 Tax Return
I filed my 2018 tax by CD bought in Costco last year. Now I want to get a pdf copy of my e-file tax return.
1.I found the .tax2018 file on my computer.
2.There is no 2018 turbotax software on my computer after I fresh my system.
3.I cannot find the 2018 Premier CD.
So I have two questions here:
1.Is there a way to get a 2018 Premier download version in order to read my .tax2018 file and get the pdf copy? I tried to call but the specialist said she cannot help me with that.
2.If I purchase the 2019 Premier CD, I know it can read my .tax2018 file, but can it transfer the .tax2018 file into pdf version?

@katnip27 Follow the instructions in the FAQ below to access prior year returns.
See the following link if you are having issues locating your returns.
You can also get a copy of your return by doing the following;
- Order a free tax return transcript online or by mail from the IRS that has a lot (but not all) of the information from the return. Some people may not be able to do this.
- Pay the IRS $50 for an exact copy of your return

I only need to know what the AGI (adjusted gross income) is on the 2018 return so my 2019 return can be done. I think I know what it is, but I need proof. Thanks

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
