Signed up for the Refund Advance, received the email with the temporary card info, set up the online account, etc. but still no email saying approved or not! $0 balance!

I’m having the same issue. Everybody is saying that they got theirs but I don’t understand where our advance is at!

I looked on TurboTax and read all about it and it says within an hour after filing we should have received it not even after it was excepted. It has been excepted and still nothing… I’m actually getting kind of frustrated because I could have just directly deposited it into my account and now I’m dealing with this card nonsense and I don’t even have the advance. I don’t understand. And then I didn’t sign up for the plus so when I call TurboTax I can’t even talk to anybody because I have the free addition. It’s actually quite frustrating. I don’t understand where my advances are and why it says I should be able to receive it immediately. What the hell is the point of an advance if you don’t get it

After you file

Was your return accepted yet?  First your return has to be accepted by the IRS; some of loan money is available within 48 hours AFTER that

Your e-filed return is still in pending on the server because the IRS will not begin to accept/reject/process returns until January 27.  Only a few returns were accepted early in a test batch.  Everyone else has to wait.

So watch your emails and spam folder to make sure you know after Jan. 27 if your return was accepted or rejected.
