I need help figuring out why the IRS is sending me letters saying I owe more money after I had already filed my 2018 return and it was accepted

If you need help understanding the IRS notice you received, either post the notice or letter number here and someone should be able to help you. The notice or letter number is located on the first page in the upper right corner and usually preceded by either a CP or LTR.

Cp59. I owed$100. Credit from state$82.00. Turbo tax withdrew $106.03. Why did IRS send me letter. Did turbo tax not pay IRS?

A CP59 notice indicates you did not file a tax return. What year is the notice referring to?

TurboTax does not pay any type of taxes owed, federal or state. The TurboTax payment you see on your account is the TurboTax fee for the use of software to assist in completing a tax return.
