Why is there a $69 charge on my checking account from Turbo Tax ?

Not sure what you are talking about ... but if you used a paid version of the 2018 online program AND  you paid the fee already then access to your return PDF is free until 10/15/2020.

How long will I be able to access my 2018 TurboTax Online return from your server?

If you haven't paid or filed yet, you can view, edit, print, or e-file your 2018 TurboTax Online return through October 15, 2019 (after which we close e-filing for the 2018 tax season).

If you didn’t file by that date, we'll let you print your 2018 return through October 30, 2019. If you used a paid product or purchased PLUS with Free Edition, you'll have access for an additional year (through October 31, 2020).

Tip:Using any paid TurboTax Online product or adding PLUS in Free Edition gives you access to all your TurboTax Online returns through October of the following year. Doing this every year lets you enjoy uninterrupted access to your last seven years of tax returns.

That was probably the 2019 program if you were on the Advantage program ...

See this TurboTax support FAQ on when to expect your Advantage order - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/choosing-a-product/help/when-can-i-expect-to-receive-my-turbotax-a...

If you no longer want the program in advance ...

First, here's to stop your Advantage membership (annual subscription):

And here's an online refund request form.  Submit it within 60 days of having received your product.

If you have any problems with the refund form, here's how to reach TurboTax Support by phone:

If you are an Advantage member, log into your Advantage account and scroll down past the FAQ links.  Near the bottom of the page you should find a special Advantage phone number to directly contact Customer Support.

If you are not an Advantage member, use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

yes, probably 2019 for Advantage; I was charged for my 2019 TT yesterday

there have been multiple emails over the last month communicating this would occur.

After you file

The charge for 2019 Advantage Desktop program or any program would only be on a credit card.

Did you file 2018 late and are expecting a refund?  Have you got your refund yet?  Did you have the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund?  If the IRS is taking too long to send it or adjusts it you still have to pay the fees.

And see why you got charged,

Or did you use a bank debit card to pay for product in an Advantage account?  If so, that will come out of a checking account.
