But what if you paid the amount and then decided not to submit the file.
In the restaurant business if you order food thinking you want it, and then realize that what your ordered in not what you wanted the restaurant will take it back, refund you and or let you order something else for a different charge.
So if i filled out all the information, did all the work myself, paid the fee and then realized I wanted to file/submit my return through about service or personally I should receive a refund.
