A friend said if you have child tax credit it is delayed, however not typically past the 21 day marker, unless you file a new child. I was also told that the IRS sight is messed up, reading "No information at this time" for most people. This is all hearsay though, so I am not for sure how accurate this is. We are going to call tomorrow to see what is going on, I will update then.
