A clear, concise response.....thank you, thank you!!  Why doesn't TurboTax make it easier to access?

Why not easier is a question we have all asked.  Whether or not TT will make it easier next year is still not known.

The steps to get to all the forms to print helpful.  The fact that the most important form to file (1040) is MISSING still makes the answer, no.  I have tried all day to get an answer. This means, I am not filing today, and definitely not wasting my money on this broken tool next year.

This is fine and dandy, until it's past the date that you can amend a return. Now, it seems that access to the worksheets is impossible. I can get them for prior years, just not 2017.

A 2017 amended tax return can be filed at any time.  If amending for a tax refund then the 2017 tax return can be filed at any time on or before April 15, 2021.

The PDF of the 2017 tax return will include all the worksheets after the transition from tax year 2017 to 2018 has been completed in a few weeks.  Check back weekly to see if the PDF includes the worksheets.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/</a>

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
