Your Turbo Visa Card will be sent to the address that's was on your file when your return was submitted. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to
come. However, if you believe you should have received your card by now,
please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free
at 1-888- 285-4169 to find out if your card was shipped, what address.
NOTE: Make sure the correct address is on file.
