If the refund went from the IRS to your bank directly only you can track it down ...contact the bank to see if the deposit was attempted and rejected.  Contact the IRS as the WMR? tool tells you how to do so.


If the TT fees were to be withheld from the refund then contact the refund processing bank to see if there is a problem on their end ...For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/
