To find the input screens for the First-time Homebuyer Credit repayment, click on the Federal Taxes tab, then select Deductions & Credits, then click I'll Choose What I Work On.  You'll be on the main page for 2016 Deductions & Credits, and the first section on this page will be Your Home.  Scroll down the list of items beneath this heading and you'll see Homebuyer Credit Repayment, then just click the Start button and follow the prompts.
