After you file

It sounds as if you may have more than one account with TurboTax Online. If you do, you may be in a different account than the one you used to file your tax return.  

To find out if you have more than one TurboTax account, sign out of the account that you are currently in and  sign in here: , enter your email address, and click Continue to get an e-mailed list of all accounts tied to that email.
