Do I submit 1099DIV sent to me and the k-1 sent to me for estates and trusts for the money inherited?

No. Once you have properly entered all of the information from your Form 1099-DIV and Form(s) K-1 into your tax return, you should keep those forms with a paper copy of your submitted tax return and your other important documents for the year.

The issuer of the 1099-DIV and the entity that generated the K-1 have already reported those amounts to the IRS. There is no need for you to send a copy along with your return.

Oh, but I do need to upload both the 1099-DIV and  report my K-1 estates and trusts on Turbotax

Yes. While inherited property is not taxable income, the earnings from that property are taxable.
