You are not able to track the arrival of your Turbo Visa Debit Card. Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date your signed up for it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days). If you think your card should have arrived by now, please visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169  to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

My card was suppose to  be expidited and arrive by today and when I call I'm on hold for hours on end is there a different number I can call???

@bmedina40 If your card is supposed to be delivered today, there's a good chance that you will receive it by the end of business day. Were is my tubro taxe card located now

Have not received my card getting frustrated with TurboTax at this point the phone number keeps giving me the run around I can't enter a card number I don't have 

When you call the number for Turbo Prepaid Visa, the best way to get through to a live person is to select the option where your refund was loaded onto a card that is not yours. This will send you over to the fraud department.
