If you have not filed your Federal Return, if you are logged into your turbo tax account, go to top of page to MY ACCOUNT click on it, then click CLEAR AND START OVER in the dropdown. That will take you back to beginning of your taxes and you can start again . If you already submitted, or filed, you cannot start over, any changes or additions would have to be amended.
