The IRS will more than likely reject your return. You will have to wait until the IRS rejects this return to be able to correct this. TurboTax will send you an email indicating that the return was rejected and provide instructions on what needs to be corrected to re-file. In your case you will simply remove the data from the 2015 W2 you previously entered.
