If you are seeing the message You may not have entered your information correctly, select the Re-Enter button at WMR to try again. In particular, make sure you enter your exact federal refund dollar amount. You can get this number from:
- Line 76a (Form 1040);
- Line 48a (Form 1040A); or
- Line 13a (Form 1040EZ).
Also, make sure that your e-filed tax return has been accepted.
