I skipped putting my husbands drivers license in because he wasnt home! It never took me back to that spot and taxes were filed without adding this! now what?

After you file
The driver's license number is an added security measure the IRS and States have put in place for 2016 but for most states your return can be filed and will process without your driver's license number.

Did your return end up going throught I just filed mine tonight and pushed skip on putting my husbands ID in because he was at work?

@starr14 If your return is rejected because of this, you can go back into your tax return and add the driver's license. Refer to the following Help Article, if needed: How do I fix a rejected return?
