If you do not know if you used TurboTax, you can try using the account recovery tool to look for any accounts you may have had. (Going forward, always stay more aware of what you have done with your tax return. Keep copies or at least save the tax files on your computer. Make a note someplace where you will not lose it of how you prepared your return).
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flashdrive.
The other thing you can do it is get a transcript from the IRS, or for a fee, an actual copy of the return.
