I used TurboTax CPA Select in 2013 and was never informed that my tax return was rejected--so the IRS charged me interest. How do I get my money back?

I would at the very least like to be refunded the amount I paid TurboTax CPA to prepare my taxes, since the prepared return was rejected and caused all sorts of hassle and extra fees.
