Get My Payment tool for IRS Stimulus incorrectly stating information does not match records

I filed my 2019 taxes with TurboTax this year. In so doing, filing those taxes should have updated all of my information for receiving the Stimulus check from the IRS. I did move between 2018 and 2019. So when I put the updated information in the "Get My Payment" Tool, the tool informs me that my information doesn't match. I try my information from last year and get the same result. What can I do?

is your 2019 tax return fully processed by the IRS?

some suggestions:

type you address EXACTLY as it appears on your tax return.. Try ALL CAPS

social security number must have the dashes included XXX-XX-XXXX

date must have leading zeros if necessary (e,.g. April is "04" not "4')
