Attempted to file Federal & State taxes on April 18th. Submissions rejected by both Feds and State. Reason given was that my 2021 AGI did not match even though TurboTax imported this number from last years 1040.
Taxes printed and paperwork submitted via USPS. Was charged $25 for the efile service even though it did not work.
How do I obtain a credit/refund for this service?
