If your entries indicate that Form 8606 is required, TurboTax will automatically generate it whether you have paid or not. You just won' be able to view or print it until you pay. Your refund number will not change just because you pay for TurboTax. TurboTax does all necessary calculations for your tax return based on your entries whether you have paid or not.
