TurboTax doesn't generate 1040 schedule B

I manually entered interest payments and imported dividends from TD Ameritrade. When I did a preview of all forms that will e-file, Schedule B was not there, although on page 1 of the 1040 interest and dividends are correct. What do I do now to make sure Schedule B is included?

Schedule B is not included in your tax return unless your total interest or total dividends is more than $1,500. If your interest and dividends are less than that, you just report the totals on Form 1040 lines 2b and 3b. You do not file Schedule B.
