Can I file as head of household? I am currently separated for almost 2 years, she hasn't paid anything on the house or lived here since Nov 2019.

we have 2 kids, currently we split custody 50/50.  I claim one she claims one but all official documents (school, doctor, and so on) list my house as their primary house.  does this count as unmarried and allow me to file as head of household?
