If you are entering the 2019 AGI that is on your 2019 Federal tax return, Form 10 Line 8b, and the IRS continues to reject the return there is a good possibility that the IRS either does not have your 2019 AGI in their database or it is incorrect in the database.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 federal tax return again.
