No.   Software for a 2021 return will not be available until late in tax year 2021---sometime in November.   Everyone is working on 2020 returns at this time.   The current online software can ONLY be used for a 2020 tax return--no other year.

If you were really asking about preparing your 2020 return you can prepare it and e-file it up to October 15, 2021.   After that, e-filing will close and you will only be able to file your 2020 return by mail.    The deadline to file your 2020 return was May 17, but if you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing late.   If you owe tax due, you are subject to late filing penalties and interest on the amount you owe, which will be calculated by the IRS after they receive your return.
