You'll need to contact Support again by whatever method you used. I assume you already know how since you were previously connected to them. But just in case:

Also, be aware this is a public Internet forum, and you should not post any personal info here. If you wish to change your forum profile name, you can click on the user icon in the top right corner of this pace and choose "My Settings."
