I have in total 2 W2 - 1 has 2 pages (both having the same FED ID) while the third copy is has a different FED ID. What should I do?

You will enter as two W2s one for each employer FED ID.  The one with two pages probably has overflow information; one of the boxes on the W2 had two many lines that would not fit on one W2.  This could be box 12 with too many categories or the state box 15 with several states. In that case you would combine the information on the two pages as one W2 in TurboTax.

 

You would then enter the 2nd employer W2 separately.
