What should I do if it rejects my federal and state return because of an "incorrect AGI" yet I entered exactly what was on my 2019 1040?

I have exactly the same problem, and can not get it resolved.  What gives?

Try $0 and then try $1.   What if I entered the correct AGI and I’m still getting an e-file reject?   @Edwinhessler
