Where are you referring to? In the Wages & Income summary screen? On a tax form?
And what does "That number in the wages" refer to?

Hi, thanks for responding. My full question did not get posted. The number in the Wages & Income summary screen doesn't match any of the numbers in boxes 1a, 1b, or 2a, or the sum of those numbers, so I am wondering where it comes from.

The numbers on the various summary screens in the TurboTax interview do not always reflect what you might think. For example, they tend to reflect what you entered, not what is actual taxable income or deductions (or whatever).
The true test is your 1040. Are the amounts in line 3a and 3b on your 1040 correct? Then don't worry about whatever is appearing in the Summary screen.
If the amounts on the 1040 are not right, then come back and tell us.
