Paid Family Leave and the $10,200 Unemployment Exclusion

I have a client who lives in NJ and received a 1099-G for Unemployment Insurance for $3,288 and a 1099-G for Family Leave Insurance for $2,875. Both amounts are included in Box 1- Unemployment Insurance. Turbo Tax has excluded both amounts from income on the Client's Return. I wanted to check and see if this was correct so I asked a Senior Tax Manager from a large Accounting Firm if that is correct and I also checked with one of the well-informed Members of the NJSCPA Member Open Forum and both felt that the Paid Family Leave should not be excluded under the $10,200 Unemployment Insurance Exclusion. Has anybody received definitive guidance on this issue?
