When it happens, click the Personal Income on the top bar and get back to previous panels and search for  hide Relevant Form on the left-bottom of the screen if available and then click the the triangle-shape arrow sign.  Find the PDF form items which you want to enter the dividends amounts.  Wish you good luck.
I have spent long hours to edit Deductions/Credits this way by the hind of one TurboTax user's suggesting to edit (enter/modify) the PDF forms as a program administer's editing authority.
The TurboTax (Home & Business) version has many screen panels turn into BLANK Screen pages.  Apparently the TurboTax software program needs to be de-bugged and takes care of the problems.  Richard L.
