What do I do next to fix this problem about child support would that have any thing to be with me getting rejected

What is the problem about child support?  You do not enter child support paid or received on your tax return.

I plan to mail my completed return. what is this about being rejected?

If you efile the IRS either Accepts or Rejects your return for processing.  Accepted only means the IRS verifies your identity.   Then they process it.  If your efile Rejects you have to fix your return and resend it or print and mail it.
