How do I report internship stipend money from a 1099-MISC?
I am a law student who received a 1099-MISC for a summer internship stipend. The internship was unpaid but I received a stipend from my school, with the income reported in box 3. Since this is considered self-employment income, does this mean that the business address is my school (which is who paid me) or the organization i interned at?

Income reported in Box 3 on a 1099-Misc is not self-employment income. It is considered 'other income'.
If the amount was in Box 7, it would be considered self-employment, and you would be the business, not the school or the organization that paid you.
Type 'other income' in the Search window, and then 'Jump to other income' for the entry point. At the 1099-Misc Summary screen, Add a 1099-Misc (screenshots).
Say NO to the question 'did this involve work like my main job' and NO to 'it didn't involved an intent to earn money'.
