Are you sure you started a new account?  Try setting up another new account.  Log out and first clear out your cache and cookies.

Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version

Yes new email and everything.  I went into create new account.  The only thing I can think of is that it’s pulling last years taxes with my ex because she filed it through turbo tax.  Otherwise under my info it only shows one name (mine) but at the end it’s asks for review saying spouse and taxpayer ss# cannot be the same 

Weird.  It can't be transferred from another account.  Did you transfer from a 2019 return on your computer?  Go to My Info and see if you also listed yourself as a dependent?
