My employer mailed 2 w-2s. Do I add them together or list 2?

Boxes 1-6, 16, and 17 are different

These two forms W-2 report different incomes. And you should enter them both individually on your tax return.

The IRS has copies of these forms W-2 and will match these against what you entered on your tax return.

Do you know why you got 2?  I would ask the employer.  Maybe one is corrected.  Did you work 2 different jobs there or did your employer change their business name?  Is the EIN in box b different?
