Why cant I file? "Its saying the IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized you will be able to access this section." What's this?!?

Paid out of pocket for and trying to Efile  my taxes but get a message saying the IRS hasnt finalized one or more of your forms. One forms are finalized you will be able to access this section.
