How to get download after installing CD?

I installed Costco 2020 CD on my Win 8.1 computer. Went OK and activated with code. Now trying to download on my new Windows 10 laptop. I went to InstallTurboTax . com and put my code in but it says the license code has already been associated with an account. and look in my downloads. Well what account did the CD register it to? It's not in my downloads. When it installed it didn't ask me for my account name and password. How do I sync it up to my account?

I installed turbotax deluxe on a dell desktop computer. That computer crashed so now i am trying to download to my new HP laptop. Told me to go to downloads as it was downloaded, but nothing in downloads. How do i get this loaded onto my computer. I bought the cd through Amazon

Yeah, when you first install from the CD it registers it to an account you can not find. So you have to call in to get the download and a new license code. There are lots of posts on it. Hopefully when you call in you get someone who knows about it.
