you should eventually arrive at a page that gives you an option to e-file or mail. if you select mail you'll be taken to the next page which gives you the option to print your returns. selecting e-file will take you through a series of pages. eventually you'll arrive at a page that will have an icon to transmit your return. efiling will result in receiving up to 2 emails the first will tell you it's been transmitted and the second will tell you if it has been accepted or rejected. if rejected you can post back with the entire reject message and we may be able to help you successfully e-file.
