IRS says check with your "tax software provider". That being the Turbo Tax App, one would think they would help. I can't get ahold of anyone to help anywhere. WARNING - DO NOT USE TURBO TAX APP.

Once your return has been accepted (received) by the government, they take over the refund status update duties, since they hold the purse strings. The status in TurboTax will remain as "accepted."

Check the IRS Where's My Refund site for the latest word on your federal tax refund, and your state government's refund lookup service for your state’s status.

Does this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say your funds have actually been sent?

Were you having the refund direct deposited to your bank account directly ?

If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS FAQ page says to allow "up to 5 days" due to variations in bank processing procedures and times.

If so did you enter the correct routing & account number for an ACH transfer ?  Here is how you can see your deposit information:

Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.

To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do Download/print (.pdf)

Please see the following FAQ article below if you entered in the wrong bank account information.

Did you have the TT fees withheld from the federal refund and are getting the refund on the Turbo Tax Debit card?

If so the refund needs to go from the IRS to the third party bank to the card.  This process can take up to 3 business days or more.

@alienguineapig I see that you posted in another thread a couple of weeks or so ago about getting "live" help but you keep posting from the Free Edition.  There is no "live help" for the Free Edition.  And we have no idea what you want help with.  If you explain we may be able to help from the user forum.

Edited---9:43   Some of your other posts indicate you are trying to get TurboTax to help you with some things that have nothing to do with TurboTax--unemployment compensation and your stimulus money.  TurboTax has nothing to do with helping you get unemployment, nor can TT help with your stimulus check.  You have to apply for unemployment with your state's unemployment agency.  The IRS issues your stimulus check.  They can look at either your 2018 or 2019 return to issue it, so it may be that you are having to wait for them to finish processing your 2019 return before they send you a stimulus check.  TurboTax has no control over how long it takes the IRS to process your tax return.

Or...as Critter suggested...and you have not told us the present issue--if you were having fees deducted from your refund it goes through a third party bank.  But you keep posting from the Free Edition, so we cannot tell if you actually used a paid version of the software which would make that a possibility.
