No. No one can change anything for you on your tax return or anything else. You are the only one who can access your account or your tax return.
You have posted your personal information to a public website where it can be seen by anyone including scammers who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax. Return to your post and click those three little blue dots on the upper right to edit out your name and address.
If you have not e-filed then it is easy for you to go to My Info and edit your address.
