It is if you expand the screen to the maximum size on your display.

Otherwise click on the 3 horizontal bars in the upper left corner of the program screen to open the left side column.

Its not showing on my screen.  How can I get does options.

It shows the word turbo tax, but doesn't have the additional options.

Unfortunately, the free edition does not have the tool bar. 

If you want to re-start there can't be that many entries.  You can go through and delete them individually.

Or you can simply not use this one and go back and get a new one using different credentials.

If you have to delete an individual entry from your return you can go back to the input screen. 

On the right hand side there is a trash can.  Select the trash can and confirm you want to delete that entry.
