I have Turbo Tax Premiere. My state is Oregon. The Oregon box for refund says "See Amount". When I click on it, I get a prompt that says "Let's Download and install Your states...". Then it saves the return then another window that says "Your software is up to date". I click on OK and I am back on the earlier screen and the refund still says "See Amount".
If I click on Start button in the screen for Oregon, I go through the same thing.
Why am I not able to get the state tax section going? I am stuck in this screen.
